REIKI SESSIONS
REIKI IN OFFICE
Reiki is non-invasive, so during a Reiki Session, the client relaxes fully clothed on a Reiki table, as the practitioner’s hands are placed near the energy centers of the body, as well as areas led by the Divine. Most people sense relaxation and stress relief. Many fall asleep but feel energized once the session is over. It may take 2-3 sessions for the body to re-balance its energy, and after that, maintenance sessions are recommended. I use crystals, stones, aromatherapy, sound, and colors as tools in my sessions.
DISTANT REIKI HEALING
Distant REIKI can be used for someone having an immediate trauma or stressful experience, including a scheduled or emergency surgery. If one is unable to be physically present for a session, the Universal Sourced Healing is sent distantly and is very effective in shifting the energy wherever the client is. REIKI sessions can be transferred to the client prior to and post-surgery or medical procedure to help speed their recovery process. It is strongly recommended and effective for patients going through chemotherapy. Reiki lessens the effects of the drugs. It is strongly recommended and effective for types of life’s disorders.
AROMA TOUCH HEALING
Treat yourself to an essential oils massage session using the dÅTERRA AromaTouch™ Technique. Each 60-minute session includes four primary steps designed to minimize systemic stressors, moving your body towards autonomic balance. Each step includes the application of essential oils, 8 in all, or essential oil blends specifically formulated to support healthy emotional and physiological functions for well-being. Access Consciousness Bars is a gentle, hands-on technique that uses light touch on 32 points on the head to release mental and emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote well-being. It also assists
in removing old self-beliefs that no longer serve you.
It is associated with one’s sense of joy, creativity, money, control, aging, and relationships. These points store the electromagnetic components of thoughts, feelings, and emotions. A practitioner can help release the stored energy, facilitating mental clarity, emotional ease, and a sense of calm. A session can last 45-60 minutes. It is non-invasive; the client only removes their shoes.
