REIKI SESSIONS
Reiki In Office
Reiki is non-invasive so during a Reiki Session, the client relaxes fully clothed on a Reiki table, as the practitioner’s hands are placed near the energy centers of the body, as well as areas led by the Divine. Most people sense relaxation and stress relief. Many fall asleep but feel energized once the session is over. It may take 2-3 sessions for the body to re-balance its energy and after that maintenance sessions are recommended. I use crystals, stones, aromatherapy, sound and colors as tools with my sessions.

Distant Reiki Healing
Distant REIKI can be used for someone having an immediate trauma or stressful experience, including a scheduled or emergency surgery. If one is unable to be physically present for a session the Universal Sourced Healing is sent distant and very effective in shifting the energy wherever the client is. REIKI sessions can be transferred to the client prior and post surgery or medical procedure to help speed their recovery process. It is strongly recommended and effective for patients going through chemotherapy. Reiki lessens the effects of the drugs.

BARS There are 32 points on the head, when gently touched by the facilitator; a process begins effortlessly and easily releasing anything that does not allow you to receive your good. These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that you have stored in any lifetime! Each Access BARS session can release limitations in the area of your life that corresponds with the specific Bar being touched. This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life that you are willing to change. A session can take 60-75 minutes.
It is Non Invasive; the client only removes their shoes.
